Version 2.5.26 — Definitive Edition — February 2026
I. The Intake & Submission Mandate
Engagement with LUXOR Plastic Cards commences upon the formal transmission of the intake form, accompanied by the requisite artwork files and technical instructions. This submission constitutes an offer by the Client to enter into a production contract. LUXOR acts as a "Design Concierge," meticulously reviewing every vector, font, and layout submitted.
Sovereign Right of Refusal: We maintain the absolute and non-negotiable right to decline any submission. Reasons for rejection may include, but are not limited to, artwork resolution that fails to meet our 30pt PVC fidelity standards, content that infringes upon third-party intellectual property, or designs that are incompatible with our physical curing and printing processes.
II. Design Concierge & Digital Proofing
Upon approval of the initial intake, your project is assigned to a human editor. We do not rely on faceless automation; a professional designer will analyze your files for bleed, alignment, and color accuracy. Within an estimated window of 24 business hours, a high-fidelity digital mockup will be delivered to your provided communication channel.
This mockup serves as the "Final Definitive Template." It is the Client’s sole responsibility to audit this proof for typographical accuracy, contact information validity, and aesthetic alignment. Your approval of this proof is the final trigger for the production phase.
III. Financial Settlement
LUXOR operates on a "Pre-Production Settlement" model. Concurrent with the delivery of your digital proof, a formal invoice will be issued via our secure financial partners, Stripe or PayPal.
Production queues are strictly reserved for funded orders. The clock on our production lead times does not commence until the invoice is settled in full. LUXOR does not offer credit terms, and delay in payment will directly result in a linear delay of the delivery date.
IV. Production Chronology & Logistics
The manufacturing of optical-grade plastic business cards is a sophisticated multi-stage process involving layered printing, lamination, and precision die-cutting.
- Manufacturing Window: Standard production cycles typically encompass 5 to 10 business days. This window accounts for the chemical curing and lamination cooling required for 30pt PVC cards.
- Global Logistics: We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping. Standard transit times are approximately 3 business days, depending on your geographic proximity to our distribution centers.
Note: These timelines are estimates and are subject to fluctuation during high-volume periods or material supply chain shifts.
V. LUXOR Production Integrity Guarantee
Our reputation is built on the physical quality of our product. LUXOR will authorize a reprint at no additional cost to the Client if, and only if, the final product contains a physical manufacturing defect or a demonstrable error made by our design editors that deviates from the approved digital proof.
Important Exclusion: We do not provide reprints or refunds for issues residing in the Client’s original submission (e.g., pixelated logos provided by the user) or for typographical errors approved during the proofing stage. Furthermore, as plastic business cards are a bespoke, custom-manufactured product, we cannot offer reprints based on subjective aesthetic "dislike" of the material or design once approved.
VI. Claim Governance & Documentation
In the event of a quality dispute, the Client must file a formal claim within 30 calendar days of receiving the shipment. To ensure an objective audit, all claims must be accompanied by high-resolution photographic imagery documenting the specific manufacturing flaw.
Once the claim and images are received, our Quality Governance team will compare the physical results against the "Final Definitive Template" (mockup). Verified claims will be moved to the priority reprint queue immediately.
