At LUXOR Plastic Cards, we don't just print; we engineer. Every 30mil PVC card that leaves our facility undergoes a rigorous quality audit. We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects. If a product reaches you with a structural or printing error originating from our production line, we accept full responsibility.
II. The Protection Window
Client satisfaction is the bedrock of the LUXOR brand. You have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to inspect your collection and initiate a claim. Whether you require a full replacement or a refund due to a manufacturing oversight, our concierge team is empowered to make it right.
III. Resolution Protocol
To maintain our high standards of quality control and process refinement, we require a high-resolution digital photograph of the affected product. This allows our engineers to diagnose the root cause and ensure the replacement batch meets our "Luxor Standard."
Disposition of Affected Assets:
- Replacement: At our discretion, you may be permitted to retain the original cards while we expedite your new batch at zero cost.
- Return Requirement: In specific technical cases, we may request the return of the physical cards for analysis. LUXOR will govern the logistics in these instances.
IV. An Absolute Sacred Trust
Custom manufacturing requires a partnership of trust. We understand that your business cards are the "handshake" of your brand. If we fail to deliver excellence, we will replace your order at no cost to you. Our goal is not a single transaction, but a lifelong stewardship of your brand’s physical identity.
V. Scope of Coverage
Please note that our guarantee covers manufacturing errors (e.g., delamination, incorrect card thickness, or mechanical printing errors). It does not cover typographical errors present in the artwork approved by the client, or subjective color variations that fall within standard industry tolerances for PVC printing.
