A: Every card is printed and finished in the United States. Nothing is outsourced to offshore plants, which keeps quality control tight and shipping times short.

Q: Are your designers real humans?
A: Yes. A professional designer in New York prepares and checks every proof personally. We do not use AI to lay out your card, although we happily print designs you created with AI tools after our designer makes them print-ready.

Q: What is your guarantee?
A: If your cards arrive with a manufacturing defect or do not match the digital proof you approved, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint them or refund you. See our Return Policy for details.

Q: How thick are the plastic cards?
A: All Luxor cards are 30mil (0.76mm) PVC, the same thickness as a standard credit card. They feel rigid and substantial, not flimsy.

Q: What size are the cards?
A: Standard US business card size, 3.5 x 2 inches, with 1/8 inch rounded corners. Horizontal and vertical layouts are both available.

Q: Are these cards waterproof?
A: Yes. PVC is waterproof and tear-resistant, so the cards will not crease, fray or go soft like paper.

Q: What is the difference between clear, frosted and solid white?
A: Clear is fully transparent, with white ink printed behind text and logos so they stay readable. Frosted is translucent with a matte finish that diffuses light and hides fingerprints. Solid white is fully opaque and gives the most vivid full-color printing on both sides, like a credit card.

Q: Can you print on both sides?
A: Yes, all three materials can be printed on both sides. On clear and frosted cards, the back can show through transparent areas, so our designer plans the layout and shows you both sides on the proof.

Q: How much do plastic business cards cost?

Q: What is the minimum order?
A: 125 cards. You can also order 250, 500, 1,000 or 2,500 cards.

Q: Can I order cards for several people at once?
A: Yes. Choose a total quantity and use Add Multiple Sets to split it across 2 to 20 names or designs while keeping volume pricing. Each additional set has a small setup charge.

Q: Do promo codes stack with sales?

A: No. Pick a template, upload a logo, or just describe what you want. Our design concierge builds the layout for free and emails you a proof within 24 to 48 hours, with unlimited revisions.

Q: What file types can I upload?
A: Vector PDF, AI and EPS files give the sharpest results. We also accept PSD, high-resolution PNG and JPG, Canva PDF exports and images made with AI tools. Our designer will tell you if anything needs fixing.

Q: Can you print a design I made with ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude?
A: Yes. Upload the image and our designer rebuilds it as clean vector artwork that prints crisply on plastic, then sends you a proof.
