Yes. A professional designer in New York prepares and checks every proof personally. We do not use AI to lay out your card, although we happily print designs you created with AI tools after our designer makes them print-ready.

If your cards arrive with a manufacturing defect or do not match the digital proof you approved, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint them or refund you. See our Return Policy for details.

All Luxor cards are 30mil (0.76mm) PVC, the same thickness as a standard credit card. They feel rigid and substantial, not flimsy.

Standard US business card size, 3.5 x 2 inches, with 1/8 inch rounded corners. Horizontal and vertical layouts are both available.

Yes. PVC is waterproof and tear-resistant, so the cards will not crease, fray or go soft like paper.

Clear is fully transparent, with white ink printed behind text and logos so they stay readable. Frosted is translucent with a matte finish that diffuses light and hides fingerprints. Solid white is fully opaque and gives the most vivid full-color printing on both sides, like a credit card.

Yes, all three materials can be printed on both sides. On clear and frosted cards, the back can show through transparent areas, so our designer plans the layout and shows you both sides on the proof.

Prices depend on material and quantity, from 125 to 2,500 cards, and include the design proof and standard shipping. The per-card price drops sharply as quantity goes up. See the full price table on our Pricing page.

Yes. Choose a total quantity and use Add Multiple Sets to split it across 2 to 20 names or designs while keeping volume pricing. Each additional set has a small setup charge.

Vector PDF, AI and EPS files give the sharpest results. We also accept PSD, high-resolution PNG and JPG, Canva PDF exports and images made with AI tools. Our designer will tell you if anything needs fixing.

Standard production is 7 business days after you approve your proof. Priority Rush production is 4 business days for an extra fee.

Standard ground shipping within the contiguous US is free and usually takes 3 to 5 business days after production. Overnight (Next Day Air) delivery is available for an extra fee.
