Where are Luxor cards printed?

Every card is printed and finished in the United States. We do not outsource to offshore plants, ensuring optical-grade quality, faster shipping, and rigorous quality control.

Are your designers real humans?

Yes. We do not use AI for layouts. A professional designer in New York handles every proof personally, ensuring your brand is represented with high-fidelity precision.

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

We offer a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. If your cards do not match the approved digital proof, we will reprint them and get it right.

Material & Thickness

How thick are the plastic cards?

Our signature cards are 30mil (0.76mm) thick. This is the professional standard for premium PVC, making them almost as thick as a standard credit card for a substantial, high-end hand-feel.

Are these cards waterproof?

Yes. Our 30mil PVC is 100% waterproof, tear-proof, and fade-resistant. Unlike paper cards, they will not fray or degrade, even in extreme conditions.

Clear Plastic Specifics

Are clear cards completely transparent?

Our clear cards are optical-grade transparent, offering glass-like clarity. We also offer frosted finishes for a diffused, ‘sea glass’ aesthetic.

Are clear cards only single-sided?

No, we can print on the back as well. Because the material is transparent, printing on the back would show through to the front in reverse, so special care is taken to avoid conflicts. Don’t worry. We will send you a mockup that will show both sides.

How long is the turnaround time?

Standard production is typically 7-10 business days. Because we print in the US, our transit times are significantly shorter than international competitors.
