MCP server
Connect any Model Context Protocol client (Claude, ChatGPT apps and connectors, IDE agents and others) to:
https://luxorplasticcards.com/mcp
Transport: Streamable HTTP. No API key is needed for quotes and catalog tools.
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
list_products | Materials, specs, every quantity tier and current price |
get_quote | Exact total for a material, quantity, number of names, rush and shipping options and promo code |
search_designs | Find design templates by industry or profession |
request_sample_kit | Mail a free sample kit to a US address |
create_order | Start an order and get a secure Stripe checkout link plus artwork upload instructions |
order_status | Check an order’s status using its reference and email |
Orders created by agents go through the same human design proof as website orders. Nothing is printed until the customer approves the proof.
WebMCP (in-browser agents)
Product pages register WebMCP tools (get_quote, configure_order) through document.modelContext, and the sample kit form is a declarative WebMCP tool (request_sample_kit). Browsers with WebMCP enabled let agents use these tools directly on the page.
Plain-text summaries for LLMs
- /llms.txt: short summary with links
- /llms-full.txt: full price list, specs, ordering steps and FAQ
- /catalog.json: machine-readable products, prices and design categories
All three are generated from the same price data the checkout uses, so they are always current.
Example prompts
- “Get me a quote for 500 frosted plastic business cards with rush production from Luxor.”
- “Find a clear plastic business card design for a real estate agent and send me a sample kit.”
- “Order 250 solid white plastic cards for me and send me the checkout link.”
